This hotel has an amazing spot just 12 minutes from Disney which made my weekend strolls to the parks super easy and enjoyable, plus with a ton of local restaurants like Taste of Punjab just a few steps away, dining was a breeze ; the rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful offering a good breakfast to start the day right, but the overall appearance of the hotel could use a bit of rejuvenation.

The location is perfect, surrounded by shops and lakes! The kids loved the beautiful pool area, especially the light show at night. Breakfast was a treat with friendly staff and delicious options that fueled our family adventures!

We hit up the sick golf courses nearby and had a blast mini golfing and checking out the cool annual events. Jet ski rentals were fire, making our days filled with fun water sports.
Would have been even better with a banging teen-friendly night club on-site for some wild parties! 🎉.

The staff members are genuinely friendly. They addressed my concerns promptly. the hotel'sCancellation policy is questionable; you might find yourself trapped in a difficult situation. The location, about fifteen minutes from Hollywood Studios, has potential but lacks true proximity. The room was clean, with a welcome absence of carpet for allergy sufferers. Unfortunately, I encountered long black hairs on the pillows. The water had an off-putting smell, and the shower door was problematic. Misleading fees were a significant issue, alongside unmaintained outdoor areas. While the staff was pleasant, their assistance often fell short, especially when I needed help with my car—no vehicles on hand for emergencies. Attention to detail and guest care is clearly lacking.

Can't beat the value for the bucks! The location is super convenient, close to the airport and theme parks. The building and pool by the lake are charming and make for a picturesque stay. The breakfast spread had a good variety, perfect to kickstart your day.
The rooms were not as updated as the lobby, and there were some additional charges during checkout that seemed unnecessary. The coffee situation was a bit off, with limited supplies.

There was a fridge in the room, which was helpful for storing snacks and drinks. it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

I couldn’t believe how noisy it was; I felt like I was sleeping in the hallway! The walls are so thin, I could hear everything. Plus, no one was around to help when I needed coffee or a wake-up call. Total chaos!

Kissimmee offers diverse activities and dining options. The hotel provided great service. I could enjoy Lake Cecile's view, shop, unwind, and kids loved the splash water park. A fun family destination indeed.

We were impressed by the beautiful lobby and the newly renovated feel of the hotel. the room itself left much to be desired. The decor was nice at first glance, but upon closer inspection, we noticed cleanliness issues. After taking a shower, I walked barefoot from the bathroom to the bed and ended up with dirty feet, which was quite surprising and unpleasant. The bed was also uncomfortable, feeling like laying on a milk crate with a thin mattress on top. Another issue we encountered was with the room amenities. The room locker wasn't working properly, despite multiple attempts by the reception staff to fix it. the lack of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine was disappointing, especially after being told by housekeeping that none were available in the building. the hotel staff did try to address our concerns, although there were some communication issues with the reception staff making jokes in Spanish about guests. The breakfast setup on the second floor was not ideal, as it was a buffet-style service with guests having to eat outside in the sun, which was not comfortable. Palazzo Lakeside has the potential to be a great stay with its beautiful amenities and newly renovated feel.

Spent Christmas here, got great deals 50% off! Perfect spot close to theme parks, saved tons on transportation. Morning brekkie was delish, great mix of healthy options kept my meal plan on track!
Room furniture looked sad, shared balcony wasn't cool, felt like I was intruding. Dirty floor yikes!

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near all the theme parks in Kissimmee. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping centers, and gas stations within walking distance. The lake nearby was amazing, offering plenty of activities. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We were impressed by the Christmas decorations throughout the facility.
Some minor issues with the room not being a handicap room as requested and the housekeeping forgetting to bring fresh towels.

we loved the beautiful and peaceful lake at palazzo lakeside. our room, especially the bathroom, was spacious. the front desk people were very attentive, respectful, and friendly, and we appreciate the exceptional customer service. the elevators were also a plus. the breakfast at the recently opened restaurant was fantastic, and we felt welcomed and relaxed all the time.
